In the 2017 American superhero film "Spider-Man: Homecoming", Hogan is "looking after" Parker in the film, with Favreau saying that Parker "needs someone to help him out".

Tarantino had written the part of Jules Winnfield with Samuel L. Jackson in mind, but the actor nearly lost it after his first audition was overshadowed by Paul Calderón. Jackson assumed the audition was merely a reading. Harvey Weinstein convinced Jackson to audition a second time, and his performance of the final diner scene won over Tarantino. Jules was originally scripted with a giant afro, but Tarantino and Jackson agreed on the Jheri-curled wig seen in the film. Jackson received an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor.

Remembering Actor Van Williams who played the GREEN HORNET and has passed away at 82 :(

Van Williams played Britt Reid and his alter ego the Green Hornet for one season in 1966, acting alongside Bruce Lee who played Green Hornet's sidekick Kato. The show even crossed over with 1966's other major superhero show, Batman, teaming the Green Hornet and Kato with the Dynamic Duo of Batman and Robin. Unlike Batman, however, Green Hornet was an attempt at a more serious superhero show.

Here's a tribute to the late actor:
"Another challenge for the Green Hornet, his aide Kato, and their rolling arsenal, the Black Beauty. On Police records a wanted criminal, Green Hornet is really Britt Reid, owner-publisher of the Daily Sentinel, his dual identity known only to his secretary and to the district attorney. And now, to protect the rights and lives of decent citizens, rides THE GREEN HORNET."

That was how the TV series always started, each episode begins with the monologue, narrated by producer William Dozier. AND this is another look at my upgraded Captain Action The Green Hornet figure. Dr. Hannibal Lecter is the main antagonist in a series of suspense novels by Thomas Harris. Lecter was introduced in the 1981 thriller novel Red Dragon as a forensic psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer. The novel and its sequel, The Silence of the Lambs, feature Lecter as one of the primary antagonists after the two serial killers in both novels. In the third novel, Hannibal, Lecter becomes a protagonist. His role as the antihero occurs in the fourth novel, Hannibal Rising, which explores his childhood and development into a serial killer.

The NBC television series Hannibal debuted in 2013, and focuses on the development of the relationship between Lecter and Will Graham, an FBI profiler. In the series, Lecter is portrayed by Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, who won a Saturn Award for his performance.

DiD 1/6 US Secret Service Special Agent Special Edition Mark 12" figure - Olympus has Fallen

Olympus Has Fallen is a 2013 American action thriller film. Directed by Antoine Fuqua, it stars Gerard Butler, Aaron Eckhart, and Morgan Freeman, with Angela Bassett, Robert Forster, Cole Hauser, Ashley Judd, Melissa Leo, Dylan McDermott, Radha Mitchell, and Rick Yune in supporting roles. The film depicts a North Korean-led guerrilla assault on the White House, and focuses on disgraced Secret Service agent Mike Banning's (Butler) efforts to rescue the President (Eckhart). The film was released on March 22, 2013, by FilmDistrict and received mixed critical reception but earned more than $160 million against a $70 million production budget. Olympus Has Fallen was one of two films released in 2013 that dealt with a terrorist attack on the White House, the other being White House Down. A sequel titled London Has Fallen was released on March 4, 2016, with the principal cast members reprising their roles.

This is an upcoming figure that will be released by DID: MA80119S 1/6th scale US Secret Service Special Agent Special Edition "Mark" 12-inch action figure. It looks to be inspired by Gerard Butler's role as Mike Banning in "Olympus Has Fallen". The Spartan has arrived at Olympus.

Dirty Harry is a 1971 American action thriller film produced and directed by Don Siegel, the first in the Dirty Harry series. Clint Eastwood plays the title role, in his first outing as San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) detective "Dirty" Harry Callahan. The film drew upon the actual case of the Zodiac Killer as the Callahan character seeks out a similar vicious psychopath. Dirty Harry was a critical and commercial success and set the style for a whole genre of police films. It was followed by four sequels: Magnum Force in 1973, The Enforcer in 1976, Sudden Impact in 1983 (directed by Eastwood himself), and The Dead Pool in 1988.

Eastwood's iconic portrayal of the blunt, cynical, unorthodox detective who is seemingly in perpetual trouble with his incompetent bosses, set the style for a number of his later roles and, indeed, a whole genre of "loose-cannon" cop films. The film resonated with an American public that had become weary and frustrated with the increasing violent urban crime that was characteristic of the time.

Preview Wild Toys 1:6 scale MI-6 Agent "Paul" 12-inch figure - Pierce Brosnan as James Bond

In 1994, Pierce Brosnan became the fifth actor to portray secret agent James Bond in the Eon Productions film series, starring in four films from 1995 to 2002 (GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough and Die Another Day). He lent his likeness for Bond in the video games James Bond 007: Nightfire and James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing, providing his voice too for the latter.

There are twenty-four James Bond films produced by EON Productions and distributed by United Artists and MGM. The first, Dr. No was released in 1962 and the twenty-fourth installment, Spectre, was only released recently; making it one of the longest-running film series of all time. There are also two additional James Bond films, Casino Royale (1967) and Never Say Never Again as well as a single TV production of Casino Royale. A total of six actors have played the role of James Bond, a British Secret Service agent given the code number 007.

Brosnan portrayed a Bond for the 1990s — technologically and culturally savvy. The 1995 film GoldenEye also brought on Judi Dench as M and was met with the highest attendance rates since Moore's films. Brosnan's success continued with 1997's Tomorrow Never Dies, 1999's The World Is Not Enough and 2002's Die Another Day.

Xensation Toys 1/6 scale Double Face 12-inch figure looks like Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face

Batman Forever is a 1995 American superhero film directed by Joel Schumacher and produced by Tim Burton, based on the DC Comics character Batman. It is the third installment of the initial Batman film series, with Val Kilmer replacing Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne / Batman. The film stars Tommy Lee Jones as Two-Face, Jim Carrey as the Riddler, Nicole Kidman as Dr. Chase Meridian and Chris O'Donnell as Dick Grayson. The plot focuses on Batman trying to stop Two-Face and the Riddler in their villainous scheme to extract confidential information from all the minds in Gotham City and use it to learn Batman's identity and bring the city under their control. Bruce Wayne gains allegiance from a love interest — psychiatrist Dr. Chase Meridian and a young, orphaned circus acrobat named Dick Grayson, who becomes his sidekick Robin.

Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is a 2007 third-person shooter video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive in North America and PAL regions, and Spike in Japan, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game was received with mixed to positive reviews, and spawned a sequel, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days.

James formerly managed a warehouse in Milwaukee, Wisconsin before being arrested and convicted of the murder of his wife Annie and sentenced to death row. He stands 6"1", has green eyes, and receding long hair. He is a medicated schizophrenic and psychopath. It was currently unknown whether or not he killed his wife, but from dialogues strongly suggested that he did. An example of this was during the prison mission, when he uncertainly said that he was unsure what happened that night. James was sentenced to death.

Now, both of Adam and James were waiting for the prison, waiting for the prison van to carry them to death room. They two were heading for no future. But during the van travelling, Adam and James escaped. Subsequently, these two death prisoners launched a series of operations and missions...

Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is a 2007 third-person shooter video game developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive in North America and PAL regions, and Spike in Japan, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game was received with mixed to positive reviews, and spawned a sequel, Kane & Lynch 2: Dog Days.

Adam was an ex-mercenary and former member of the notorious group 'The 7'. Once an elated father with children and a wife, Adam was employed as a police officer in his early age, living a sustained and well off existence, content with his circumstances. But after a tragic accident that led to the death of his son, his once wonderful personal life dissolved, along with his loved ones, and he became distraught.

Becoming a criminal out of his grief, he later joined the prominent gun-for-hire organization known as 'The 7', undertaking the role as a soldier of fortune. After a misdirected operation involving him in Venezuela, that accidentally caused the death of 25 local citizens, he was captured, detained, extradited back to the U.S. and sentenced to death……
