This is from Hasbro's "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader: The Ultimate Villain" set and has a headsculpt of Anakin after being in the sun for too long - actually from catching fire at the edge of the lava river of Mustafar after Obi-Wan hacks off both his legs and his left arm, this being the first and only Star Wars film to be rated PG-13. This was what the new trilogy was supposed to be but it came a little late after the disappointing Episode I & II.
Palpatine manages to put Humpty Dumpty together again. Now Anakin has a face only Palpatine could love. Well, as they say, "Sith happens!"
