Frank Frazetta (February 9, 1928 – May 10, 2010) was an American fantasy and science fiction artist, noted for his work in comic books, paperback book covers, paintings, posters, record-album covers, and other media. Pioneering fantasy artist Frank Frazetta, whose visions of muscle-bound men fighting with swords and axes, and scantily clad women helped define fantasy heroes such as Conan, Tarzan and John Carter of Mars, died of a stroke on May 10, 2010, in a hospital near his residence in Fort Myers, Florida. He was 82.

They said an artist is known by his works and when I saw these drawing I suddenly remember seeing this on HEAVY METAL magazine! How many can draw this type of drawing now? At least he left a legacy behind like all artist. May him Rest in peace.
