COO Models 1:6 scale M134 Minigun Set Preview

Remember Coo Models, the company that produced and released the 1/6 scale M79 grenade launcher recently? You can view my post on it HERE :)

Well, guess what? COO Models will be releasing a 1:6 scale M134 Minigun Set and this one has all the details you wouldn't expect from a weapon of this scale

COO Models' version of this very popular weapon (the M134 Minigun) is fabricated from metal and plastic components and can break down, much like the real deal.

The Minigun is a 7.62 mm, multi-barrel machine gun with a high rate of fire (2,000 to 6,000 rounds per minute), employing Gatling-style rotating barrels with an external power source. In popular culture, the term "Minigun" has come to refer to any externally-powered Gatling gun of rifle caliber, though the term is sometimes used to refer to guns of similar rates of fire and configuration, regardless of power source and caliber. Specifically, minigun refers to a single weapon, originally produced by General Electric.

The 1:6 scale weapon by COO Models can be built to be held by a single figure (just like Arnold Schwarzenegger as the T-800 Terminator did in "T2" - see pictures HERE of a 1:6 scale Arnie T-800 with GE M134) or assembled on a tripod station!

  4. I wonder if COO Models will make the ammo duffel bag that goes with the M134 Minigun. Does any other 3rd party company make one like the Hot Toys version that came with the MMS02 T-800's?

  5. Hi

Does anyone know of a Western or English-language internet shop that sells all those Chinese weapon models, like this one and the upcoming Barret M82, and ship internationally?

    Thanks
