Its funny because it's not that they're not great, I'm just not into the retro look, the same goes for Captain America's The Spangled Man. This will be one that has to grow on me to be honest, but seriously Hot Toys NAILED the portraits. The "stock" bodies underneath however are a let down. They're obviously not ones redesigned exclusively for the pair.
ReplyDeleteAs someone who was there when this series aired, I love it. I will watch for this one and likely shell out the cash for what will be another overpriced figure. But, I just won't be able to stop myself. "Holy magic trick, Batman!"
ReplyDeleteI was also there as a child when the show was originally aired , saw each and every episode , part one was on Saturday , part two Sunday. Loved it , still do , I have pre ordered the dynamic duo , at £134 each in the UK , with an estimated shipping late 2014.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the pics
