Action Man Urban Kitbash
I liked Action Man then because he was built like a wrestler - bulky. He added some variation to the classic GI Joe figures as well as a plus to the Hall of Fame GI Joe. He was, after all, more a toy than a collectible and he could still hold some poses. IMHO, he looks better on Hasbro vehicles because of his heavier built.
