Operation Enduring Freedom 5 - "Mustapha"

The US-led Coalition was assisted by the Northern Alliance forces (a military-political umbrella organization created by the Islamic State of Afghanistan in 1996. The organization united various Afghan groups fighting against each other to fight the Taliban instead) in Afghanistan.

The RPG (rocket-propelled grenade), weapon of choice for guerillas around the world. Also used by The Joker in The Dark Knight in the movie's major chase scene, disabling the Tumbler and giving us the Batpod

Introduced in 1961 by the Soviets who developed it to penetrate Nato tanks, this weapon is still being used today, adapted to take down transport helicopters as well.

  1. He's actually from Dragon's Moroccan Infantry French Expeditionary Corps, circa Monte Cassino 1944. Best part is, his getup in basically the same, only weapons and gear updated. Thanks for looking :)

  3. Hi Guilherme :) Mustapha was originally outfitted as a World War II Moroccan Infantry French Expeditionary Corps of 1944 but I'm not sure how a custom Spetsnaz soldier is attired. The accessories and weapons you see on him are added by me to make him look like a Northern Alliance fighter.
