Bandai released a series of Kankichi Ryotsu "Action Dolls" with 40 points of articulation in 1997 just as the toy industry was gathering steam. At that time, 40 points of articulation was an innovation itself, given GI Joe's stiff Hall of Fame figures and Action Man's slightly better physique.

Accessories include notebook, three mobile phones, a revolver, handcuffs and a "Tamagotchi" (hand-held digital pets created in 1996 that was all the rage when it was released - schools had to ban them as children were bringing them to school to continue "feeding" and "caring" for them or they die)

The figure looks fantastic. Is this in 1/6 scale? Thanks.
