More goodies to add the the earlier November 2015 haul I already posted (see the entry on my toy blog HERE). ART Figures AF-018 1/6th scale Boy Black 12-inch figure has arrived together with Hot Toys 2015 Toy Fair Exclusive MMS305 "Avengers: Age of Ultron" 1/6th scale Maria Hill Collectible Figure. The collection just keeps growing and I've already run out of space LOL It's a good problem I guess, with so many nice figures being produced and we are all so spoilt for choice.
Vin Diesel certainly has quite the following, what with his portrayals of Dominic Toretto in The Fast and the Furious film series and antihero Richard B. Riddick in The Chronicles of Riddick trilogy. Maria Hill is a fictional character appearing in books published by Marvel Comics. As the former director of the planetary defense / intelligence service S.H.I.E.L.D., she appears in various storylines which often feature the Avengers or members of that group. Maria Hill is portrayed by Cobie Smulders in the films The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Avengers: Age of Ultron, as well as the TV series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., all which are part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise.

You can check out the preview pictures of ART Figures AF-018 1/6th scale Boy Black 12-inch figure HERE. The first instalment of the franchise, Pitch Black, was a lower budget production compared to the later ones. It was shot on a modest budget of US$23 million. Despite mixed reviews from critics, it was a sleeper hit, grossing over US$53 million worldwide and developing its own cult following, particularly around the antihero Riddick. Vin Diesel has also starred in films such as xXx (2002) and Find Me Guilty (2006). His voice acting work includes The Iron Giant (1999), the video game spin-offs from The Chronicles of Riddick franchise, and Guardians of the Galaxy (2014).
Fans have been longing for the 1/6th scale collectible figure of this tough and clear-headed female agent and Hot Toys has answered those wishes by releasing this 1/6th scale Maria Hill Collectible Figure based on Avengers: Age of Ultron as one of their 2015 Toy Fair Exclusive items. You can check out the preview pictures HERE
A bit scarce in the accessories department but it is Cobie Smulders, best known for her role as Robin Scherbatsky on the television series How I Met Your Mother and now as Maria Hill in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Action figure reviews to follow shortly :)

I will be visiting Singapore for a few days and was wondering which places you recommend for hot toys figures with reasonable prices. Also at which store in Singapore you pick up your hauls . I might check that place also. It will be helpful.
Hi
My regular toy shop is The Falcon's Hanger (http://www.tfh.com.sg/)
The other two toy shops with a few branches are Simply Toys (https://www.simplytoys.com.sg/) and Action City (http://actioncity.com.sg/)
There is a place called China Square Central. Shops open around 12pm till 6-8pm daily (two levels of action figure stores) and there is Sunday flea market as well (link:

Yellow Box Trade also sell 1/6th figures
Items sold: Most brands including Dragon, Hot Toys, DID, 1:6 loose items
Website: http://yellowboxtoys.blogspot.com
Main shop address:
6001, #01-24 Golden Mile Tower
Beach Road
Singapore 199589
Phone: (65) 62950938
Email: yellowboxtrade@yahoo.com
Other toy shops can be found at Plaza Singapura Level 7
There are also shops at Funan the IT Mall (level 5)
Most collectors order via pre-orders and collect the figures when they arrive. Not too sure what you mean by reasonable prices as the going rate is almost the same everywhere but do check against the listed price.
Enjoy your visit to Singapore :)
Cheers
Alex Teo
