Captain Action and Dr Evil

Captain Action had a rather sad and worried expression, a strange shaped head (so the masks of the various heroes could fit over it) and more detailed musculature than GI Joe. His weapons of choice were a lightning sword and ray gun. Dr Evil (with his human face disguise) also had a ray gun, huge medallion and flip-flops!!
