Asajj Ventress, Dark Jedi

Asajj Ventress was a Dark Jedi who appeared in the "Star Wars: Clone Wars" cartoon (the events that occurred after Episode 2 but before Episode 3 - one of the finest animation ever coupled with great storytelling) and one of Count Dooku's Dark Acolytes, sort of the yang to the jedi's ying. Dooku presented her to Darth Sidious, who made Ventress a commander in the Separatist forces, and ordered her to kill Anakin Skywalker. Before sending her on her way, Dooku gifted Ventress with the twin red blades which could be wielded separately or joined together to form a saberstaff, one more difficult to handle than the traditional design, given the curved nature of the handles.

Sideshow released this figure and it's one of the best figures they've produced. IMHO, she's a real bada$$ and the only other cool sith after Darth Maul. The others, Darth Sidious and Darth Tyranus are just two very old men trying to look evil and mean and coming up short (a little blue pill called viagra might have helped - heh! heh! BUT don't go for Power 1 Walnut coz that'll kill you for sure)

The exclusive version comes with an alternate headsculpt which has pupils i.e. more lifelike than the cartoon version but this clean look does it for me.

The outfit and all comes together very nicely

Some have said she's too skinny but when she has her robe on, she looks fine.

Love the belt and accessories. The hilts of her twin blades have magnets which attached themselves to her belt - way cool!!

Her boots are one of the nicest too. Not like the tall german boots that a lot of the other characters wear.
