Hot Toys had released the 1/6 scale manga/anime version Astro Boy way back in 2005. He also had light-up eyes, chest and feet - see pictures HERE

4th Quarter 2009 i.e. October to December period. think they'll time it with the release of the movie in october.
I hope it is under thirty dollars.
It is a must have.
