In the dystopian post-apocalyptic future of the 22nd century, crime runs rampant in Mega-City One. Here the people are policed by the Judges, elite cops prepared to do whatever it takes to keep the peace, even if it means sentencing criminals to death on the spot. Only the Judges can prevent total anarchy. Empowered to dispense instant justice, these lawmen are judge, jury and executioner. And the most feared of all the Judges is Judge Dredd.
This is the recently released 2000 AD x ThreeA 1/6th Scale JUDGE DREDD Collectible Figure and it is a beauty and also a beast! The beauty is in all the attention to the details and the wonderful accessories that come with this figure. The beast is the figure itself, a true interpretation and realization of the 2-D Judge Dredd into a 3-D masterpiece!

Judge Dredd has no secret identity, no time off, and he's never seen without his signature helmet. After a day and night of fighting crime, Dredd returns to the Grand Hall of Justice for 10 minutes in the sleep machine. Then he's back on the job, hammering in just how relentless crime is in this dystopian future.
Box packaging is standard shoebox design. Remove the lid and the figure with its accessories are all contained in the tray inside. 2000 AD x ThreeA 1/6th Scale JUDGE DREDD Collectible Figure comes with: Two Interchangeable Faces - Standard Scowl and Gritted Teeth Expressions, 4 Sets of interchangeable hands, Lawgiver Mk1 with removable ammo magazine, Lawgiver Mk2 with removable ammo magazine, Lawrod with removable ammo magazine and shoulder stock, and Daystick.
The Instruction Manual shows you how to change his face from scowl to gritted teeth. The shoulder pad is cleverly designed to allow a good range of movement without impeding his arm articulation.
All weapons come with removable magazine and the interchangeable (exchangeable) hands allow him to hold all his weapons for some great poses.
Judge Dredd's uniform consists of a black bodysuit, green padded boots, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves, golden shoulder pads (the right in the shape of an eagle - the symbol of the Justice Department), and a black and red helmet which almost entirely hides his face and has protective lenses, a respirator and communicator built in. Here's ThreeA 1/6th scale Judge Dredd figure armed with his Lawgiver Mk2 and daystick.
Check out the close-up shots offering a better view of the fine details of this magnificent figure. It's really nice when design and execution come together nicely to produce this superb figure that is a true reflection of 2000 AD Judge Dredd.
The Lawgiver, DNA-coded so that no one else may use the weapon. It will explode if it reads an incorrect palm-print. These are standard issue for Judges, firing six types of ammo such as Standard bullets, Rubber Ricochet, Armour Piercing, Heat-Seeking, Incendiary and Hi-Ex. It can also fire tracking bullets, stun shots, and more, although it requires loading to do so. And ThreeA 1/6th Scale JUDGE DREDD 12" Collectible Figure comes with two Lawgivers, Mk1 and Mk2, both with removable magazines.
