Preview Dam Toys 1/6 scale Chinese People's Armed Police Force Special Forces operator

The People's Armed Police (人民武装警察, Abbreviation: PAP), officially Chinese People's Armed Police Force (officially abbreviated CAPF; simplified Chinese: 中国人民武装警察部队; traditional Chinese: 中國人民武裝警察部隊) is a paramilitary or gendarmerie force primarily responsible for civilian policing and fire rescue duties in the People's Republic of China, as well as providing support to the PLA during wartime.

The PAP's primary mission is internal security. The first law on the People's Armed Police, the Law on the People's Armed Police Force (PAPF), was passed in August 2009, giving it statutory authority to respond to riots, terrorist attacks or other emergencies. The PAP also maintains tactical counter-terrorism (CT) units in the Immediate Action Unit (IAU), Snow Wolf Commando Unit (SWCU) and various Special Police Units (SPU).

Dam Toys will be releasing a 1/6 scale Chinese People's Armed Police Force Special Forces 12-inch figure soon and it's looking very good :) Word is Dam Toys got special permission and the official license to produce and market these figures so accuracy to details is definitely spot on here. Can't wait to get my hands on this figure. I love all these black clad figures because I've discovered over the years that black never goes out of style. Camouflage patterns come and go with each new era: from plain olive drab green to Woodlands to Tiger Stripes to Chocolate chip desert to tri-color desert to digital to multi-cam and so on and so forth. It always changes and your figure ends up looking outdated because of the camouflage uniform pattern he is wearing but not so with black. Black is always in and that's why I'm a sucker for men in black!
