Merra, Wu-Ronz - Tokyo Tribe 2

Merra is a powerful member of the Wu-Ronz (a violent gang dealing mainly in prostitution and has begun grabbing for power by invading other gang's territory) and follows the orders of Buppa-sama. He wears the distinct kanji necklace, and uses a katana in combat. His fighting skills make him a fearsome character. Was once Kai’s friend, but has been asked to kill him, as part of Wu-Ronz’s takeover of Musashino.
