Jada Kins, Hitman - Tokyo Tribe 2
Jada is a hitman for hire - he looks like a mean mutherf***** (pardon my french but no other words best describes him). He has no iris and is pupil-less (no, it doesn't mean he has no students) with glow-in-the-dark eyes. Don't know if the inspiration for this is drawn from Storm of the X-Men coz when she summons her powers, her eyes turn completely white.

yeah, interestingly, he came before shaft (did i just use "came" and "shaft" in the same sentence? dat's not good - ha! ha!
